Ever thought that working in a law firm is not for someone like you? You might be surprised.

Law firm, Browne Jacobson is hosting a short quiz-style online session where we bust some of the biggest myths about what it is like to work in a professional services firm — and who actually does it.

We will look at the wide range of roles available, what employers are genuinely looking for, and how the skills and experience you already have are more valuable than you might think. We will also cover how to talk about your experience confidently — even if you have not been in work for a while or have other experience.

This free session is open to anyone aged 16+ who is curious about office-based work in a professional environment.

By the end of the session, you will:

• Know more about who works in a law firm — it is not all lawyers
• Understand the range of entry-level roles available and what they involve
• Know what employers actually look for when hiring
• Have a simple technique for talking about your skills and experience at interview
• Leave with practical next steps you can take straight away
