Writing your first business plan can feel like a big task. This practical workshop will take you through the key sections step by step, helping you understand what to include and how each part contributes to your overall business plan.
You will explore your business vision and strategy, the people involved, legal considerations, financial forecasting, market research, marketing and day-to-day operations. You will also receive a financial forecasting spreadsheet with a completed example to help you work through the financial elements of your plan.
