Redbridge Council's Green Construction programme is a tailored training course, introducing the industry via traditional & green construction routes, with the aim to get every candidate into work, further training, or an apprenticeship.

Offering a free, flexible 6-week training course introducing you to careers in construction—both traditional and green routes. Open to all experience levels.

What you’ll learn:

• Built Environment and construction careers
• Practical multi-skills (e.g. trades)
• Digital and green construction skills
• Pathways into jobs, apprenticeships or further training

How it works:

• Runs over 6 weeks (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
• Mix of classroom and hands-on learning
• Delivered at Redbridge Institute & a Central London venue
